To keep busy...

  • On horseback!

Norman sites lend themselves to horseback riding. At the Haras des Fendanges, for example, near the Roumare forest, self-guided rides for children are organized. La Chevauchée en Vallée de Seine is, moreover, a great itinerary that links the abbey of Jumièges and that of Valasse. Riders cross villages and forests and even take the ferry with their mount. Atypical !

From April 15 to 29, July 8 to August 30 and October 21 to November 4.

  • Golf, now !

Three golf courses near Rouen is rare enough to notice. The one in Mont-Saint-Aignan offers an 18-hole course for the more seasoned players and a driving range, perfect for beginners. In Bois-Guillaume, the 9-hole course is suitable for all levels. The site has a golf training center with a pro driving range, a large synthetic putting green, a practice bunker and 3 pitch and putt holes. And in Jumièges, the golf course covers more than 60 hectares with 50 practice stations and an 18-hole course.
