Depending on your preferences, you can use public transport (metro, TEOR, buses) to get around the capital of Normandy with ease. Accessible to as many people as possible, transport in Rouen offers a genuine alternative to driving, allowing you to get around easily not only in the city centre but also in the surrounding towns.
