Calling all foodies! Now an unmissable event for lovers of fine dining, the Fête du Ventre et de la Gastronomie Normande in Rouen will take place on 10 and 11 October 2026.

As it has every year since 2024, the ‘Rouen à Table!’ event takes place over the same weekend, offering innovative and convivial culinary experiences across the city!

The Festival of Belly and Normandy Gastronomy

First held in the 1930s, the Festival of Food and Norman Gastronomy was revived by the Rouen-based association Rouen Conquérant. For the past two years, the Vitrines de Rouen retailers’ association has taken up the baton. As every year, the festival will take place in the Vieux-Marché district, on Place de la Pucelle, Rue Rollon, Rue Guillaume le Conquérant, Rue aux Ours and Rue Jeanne d’Arc.

No fewer than 155 exhibitors will be there to share their passion for our region’s gastronomy with you: Norman cheeses, seafood, fruit and vegetables, andouille and other charcuterie, of course, but also watercress, snails and even more new Normandy flavours: saffron, mustard, wine… and other products that are sure to make your mouth water… Always with a focus on supporting local producers!

Every year, over 150,000 visitors of all nationalities come to enjoy this gourmet event, which delights the eyes and taste buds of young and old alike!

Rouen at the Table!

Rouen à Table! is the major gastronomic event held every year in October, during the week of the Fête du Ventre and Normandy Gastronomy Festival.

This event showcases Rouen’s gastronomic heritage – Rouen is the only French city to be part of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network in the field of gastronomy – by celebrating the culinary arts in all their forms. Over several days, the city is transformed into a veritable festival of flavour: exceptional dinners, hands-on workshops, gourmet treasure hunts, demonstrations and gatherings bringing together chefs, artisans and producers, as well as the unmissable Fête du Ventre et de la Gastronomie Normande.

‘Rouen à Table!’ is an ode to sharing and discovering local flavours, a special occasion where local produce, tradition and creativity come together. Open to all, the event brings together restaurateurs, retailers, catering colleges and local stakeholders, whilst taking on an international dimension through exchanges with the UNESCO Creative Cities Network.
