The Belly Festival

and Norman gastronomy

Calling all gourmets! Now a not-to-be-missed event for food lovers, the Rouen Belly Festival will take place on 11 and 12 October 2025.

The Feast of the Belly and Norman Gastronomy

Celebrated in the 1930s, the Fête du Ventre et de la Gastronomie Normande has been revived by the Rouen Conquérant association. As every year, it will be held in the Vieux-Marchédistrict(Place du Vieux-Marché,Place de la Pucelle, Rue Rollon, Rue Guillaume le Conquérant), but also in Rue aux Ours! This year, only the west side of rue Jeanne d’Arc will be occupied to make it easier for pedestrians to get through. No fewer than 160 producers will be on hand to share their passion for the gastronomy of our region with you: Norman cheeses, fish products, fruit and vegetables, andouille sausages and other delicatessen meats of course, but also watercress, snails and new Norman flavours: saffron, mustard, wine…. and other products that will make your mouth water… Always with an emphasis on short distribution channels! More than 150,000 visitors of all nationalities come to enjoy this gourmet event every year, delighting the eyes and taste buds of young and old alike!
