Franck Damianovitch (China – Macau): A *Maître Cuisinier de France*, he has served since 2025 as the chef at a restaurant within the American Wynn Resorts group in Macau, China. He offers global cuisine that explores a variety of spices and flavors, while highlighting dishes from his native region in the south of France. His signature dish is *Prés-Salés* lamb loin served with Normandy-style buttery greens (*embeurré*), sautéed chard greens, and a garlic reduction—a true nod to Normandy!
