Florian Relland : Born into a family of restaurateurs, Florian grew up in the kitchen and quickly developed a passion for both gastronomy and hospitality. After honing his skills in traditional, gourmet, and collective dining, he found his true path in Italian cuisine, where generosity meets precision. His style revisits classic Italian dishes with authenticity, creativity, and passion.
Geronimo Lopez (USA): With over thirty-three years of experience in the culinary arts across six countries—including four years at the Culinary Institute of America and five years with Four Seasons—the chef offers high-end dining experiences in South Texas. A dedicated chef, he oversees the culinary program for the San Antonio Food Bank, a non-profit organization fighting hunger.
