Georges Khalaf (Lebanon): Chef representing the UNESCO Creative City of ZahléChef George is one of the ambassador chefs for Zahlé, Lebanon. With over 25 years of experience, he honed his skills in Lebanon’s finest kitchens and worked at renowned hotels. He developed Diwan Gergi and Golden Hands Catering, a family business that has grown into a major player in the country’s high-end catering sector. Hailing from a family dedicated to Zahlé’s gastronomy for generations, Chef George continues to showcase authentic Lebanese flavors while adding an international touch.
The Gourmet Dinner
A refined fusion between authentic Greek gastronomy and modern French cuisine, showcasing bold flavors and rich textures.
