The products manufactured are used in a wide range of sectors: confectionery, pastries, biscuits, cereals, breakfast foods, ice cream and dairy products.

The Coquerel Estate

The family-run estate applies its comprehensive expertise, from the AOC-certified orchard right through to 100 per cent natural fermentation. They distil on the lees using their three copper stills and use French oak casks to bring out the best in the apples.

The Franc-Tireur Distillery

Les Francs-Tireurs is a small-batch distillery in Normandy producing whisky, gin, rum and pastis* using local, 100 per cent organic and artisanal ingredients. Franc-Tireur’s vision is simple: to create spirits with a unique character using high-quality local ingredients distilled using traditional methods.

The Rouen Market of National Interest

The Rouen Marché d’Intérêt National (MIN) is the largest wholesale food market in the north-western quarter of France. Fruit, vegetables, flowers, meat and poultry are displayed across 20 hectares.

They support the event by helping to supply the raw materials.

Metro

Metro is a wholesale store exclusively for trade customers, offering a wide range of food and non-food products tailored to the catering and retail sectors.

They will be supporting ‘Rouen à Table!’ by providing a selection of products.

Promocash

Promocash is a French self-service wholesale chain catering to professionals in the catering and food sectors.

They supply ingredients for preparing dishes.

Grosdoit

Grosdoit is a Normandy-based wholesaler based at the MIN in Rouen, specialising in meat, poultry and high-quality food products sourced from local supply chains.

They will showcase the chefs’ expertise by supplying high-quality meat for the event.

Silam Group

The Silam Group is an events agency that designs and organises events in Normandy and Île-de-France, offering exceptional venues and bespoke technical solutions.

They will be responsible for the sound and technical aspects of the event.

GSA Events

GSA is an events specialist based in Normandy; the group provides a comprehensive range of services to meet clients’ needs for audiovisual technical solutions. They work alongside their clients to conceptualise, define and plan their events.

JNPR

JNPR is committed to offering festive, non-alcoholic cocktails that are either unsweetened or low in sugar – drinks that won’t disappoint or become tiresome, and above all, allow you to share good times with your loved ones, whatever’s in your glass, as long as the flavours are there. The Confectioners of Rouen

Les Confiseurs de Rouen, an ESAT organisation that safeguards an exceptional culinary heritage, meticulously upholds the centuries-old tradition of apple sugar in its historic workshop, where around twenty passionate artisans handcraft this iconic sweet.

Gill’s Patisseries (Gilles Tournadre)

Just a stone’s throw from St Mark’s Square, where first his grandfather and then his father ran their patisserie, Gilles Tournadre is opening his own alongside Philippe Coudy. Supported by Christophe Lecourt, a pastry chef from Rouen, they pay tribute to Normandy through their apple-based desserts.

My Bakery (Christophe Cressent)

Through Ma Boulangerie, Christophe Cressent, a baker who was awarded the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2000, embodies excellence in baking. He offers authentic sourdough breads, made using organic ingredients and a combination of traditional and innovative techniques.

Maison Jollit (Daniel Bourgeois)

Based in the legendary Halles on the Place du Vieux Marché, Daniel Bourgeois has been offering a selection of Normandy farm cheeses, matured on the premises, since 1976.

Flavours to be savoured during exceptional dinners at Place de la Cathédrale.

Home Options

Maison Options is a key partner for tableware and furniture hire for private and corporate events in Rouen.

It will support the event by providing tableware for the chefs’ dinners on 8, 9 and 10 October.

Triticum

Triticum is an organisation working within the Rouen Metropolitan Area to promote the preservation of cultivated biodiversity and food resilience in Normandy. To this end, it has organised itself as a ‘Maison des semences paysannes et citoyennes’ (Centre for Farmers’ and Community Seeds) and, in particular, continues to cultivate a collection of local cereal varieties.
