- 1 roll of ready-made puff pastry, flour,
- 500 g of apples,
- 2 eggs,
- 100 g of powdered sugar,
- 50 g of almond powder,
- 100 g of liquid crème fraîche,
- 1/2 liqueur glass of calvados,
- some slivered almonds.
