Spend an evening at the Armada

Free concerts, open to all, will enliven the 10 days of festivities. Concerts will be offered every evening from June 9 to 17 on the Waddington quay in Rouen.

The 2013 edition of the Armada had seen Amadou and Mariam, Asaf Avidan, BB Brunes, Mika, Nolwen Leroy or even Madness. Previous editions have also been an opportunity for the public to attend free concerts of Alain Bashung, AaRON, Tiken Jah Fakoly, Gilberto Gil, Cali, Les Rita Mitsouko, Jean-Louis Aubert, Tryo, Salif Keita, Johnny Clegg or even Iggy Pop.

Magic System, Bénébar, Claudio Capeo, Feu Chatterton and Dadju had set the stage on fire during the Armada 2019.

The local talents will once again be highlighted for this season 2023 of the Armada concerts in Rouen, a real showcase for the talents of Normandy.

The artist groups will perform for free on the stage located on the presqu’île de Waddington in Rouen rive droite. Bands from Normandy will be on hand to provide opening acts.

Where to see the fireworks of the Armada 2023?

Enjoy the magic of the Armada during the evenings on the banks of the Seine. Expected by the public, the fireworks of the Armada are exceptional moments to experience the event other way. The quays of the Seine catch fire and the twinkling lights in the sky highlight the most beautiful sailing ships in the world.

With the free concerts, the fireworks of the Armada make the show every night for the happiness of adults and children.A festive moment out of time on the banks of the Seine in the capital of Normandy.

To admire the fireworks of the Armada, you can position yourself on the quays of the Seine on the right bank, the bridges but also on the panoramas around Rouen as the one of the Sainte-Catherine Hill.

Find the fireworks from June 09 until June 17, from 23:00 to 23:30. They will be fired fromthe Presqu’ïle Rollet, quai rive gauche, in Rouen.

From Thursday 08 to Saturday 17 June after the end of the Armada concerts at 11:45 pm, shuttles will be made available for Normans who have come to drop anchor for an evening (or more…) in Rouen!

Arrival: Le Havre at 2:00

• Rouen – Caen:

Departure: Rouen Riboudet at 00:30

Departure: Rouen Riboudet at 12:30 a.m. with a stop in Barentin at 12:45 a.m.
Arrival: Yvetot at 1:15 a.m.

• Rouen – Dieppe:

Departure: Rouen Riboudet at 00:30 with a first stop in Clères at 1:00 and then a stop in Auffay at 1:30
Arrival: Dieppe at 2:00

• Rouen – Vernon:
