Rouen à Table! is the place to be for gourmets and epicureans alike. As France’s only UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, Rouen will be showcasing its culinary identity with elegance and indulgence. Top chefs, passionate craftsmen, committed producers and young talents in training come together to magnify the products and flavours of the Normandy region.

It’s a collective initiative that gives this event a special and unique flavour! With friends or family, come and sample local products, both sweet and savoury, prepared by some of Normandy’s finest artisans, while learning about the crafts of baking and farming.

Maison Vatelier

Run by Benoît Vatelier, French brioche champion in 1997, this bakery has been delighting gourmets since 1993. Renowned for its exceptional expertise, this bakery and patisserie was featured in the 2013 TV show “La meilleure boulangerie de France”, where it came 3rd. During this great breakfast, you’ll be able to taste their famous brioches, made in collaboration with students from the Lycée Hôtelier Georges Baptiste.

Ma Boulangerie

Thanks to a meticulous selection of raw materials, including organic and traditional French flours, Grands Crus and origin chocolates, and free-range eggs… Christophe Cressent has been awarded the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France and invites you to discover his products, a perfect blend of tradition and innovation. The natural sourdough is refreshed daily with precise know-how, from a strain initiated many years ago by Christophe, and which has been shared around the world during numerous training courses. Enjoy ourauthentic, sophisticatedsourdough breadsand crisp, airy Viennese pastries at breakfast time!

Brûlerie Caron

Anne Caron, Best Roaster in France 2023 and the first woman to win the Best Roaster in France competition in 2017, sublimates the art of speciality coffee. She has travelled extensively in Ethiopia, Brazil and Guatemala, and through her blends of speciality coffees, she shares all the landscapes and faces that shaped them during her travels. Each bean is carefully selected and roasted to produce unique, ethically-sourced aromas. Enjoy her exceptional coffee at breakfast time!

Greta de Grand-Quevilly

New for 2025! This year, savoury products cooked by Greta catering students in Grand-Quevilly will be on offer: smoked trout and scrambled eggs with watercress pesto.

La Galette du Val de Seine

Established in the heart of the Rouen MIN since 2022, it embodies authentic Breton know-how, based on a passion for quality, absolute freshness and excellent ingredients. For the Rouen à Table! breakfast, they’ll be offering a gourmet interlude with their freshly-made crêpes made from quality local ingredients.

The Confectioners

A guardian of an exceptional taste heritage, the only artisanal confectionery to produce apple sugar rigorously perpetuates this tradition in a historic workshop nestled in an old factory. Some twenty passionate craftsmen and women with disabilities make this emblematic confectionery, renowned for its quality and authenticity, as demonstrated by their award at the Trophées de l’Attractivité touristique in the Heritage category. The confectioners also work with cocoa, so why not try their spread for breakfast?

Maison Le Meur

Nicolas Le Meur has been working on his traditional jam recipes in Mesnil-sous-Jumièges since 1989. A true enthusiast, he prepares countless jams in accordance with the seasons, sourcing them in particular from the orchards on the Fruit Route that crosses the Boucles de la Seine. A reference in the region, he also makes coulis, compotes and fruit jellies.

Clos des Citots

Martine and Gérard, proven cider growers since 1992, organically cultivate around fifteen varieties of cider apples and pears on over 20 hectares of land on the banks of the Seine. Using traditional methods and 100% local produce, the apples and pears are processed on site into a range of juices, some of which have won awards. The big breakfast is the perfect opportunity to taste them!

The MIN

The largest wholesale food market in the north-west quarter of France promotes local production and distribution of a wide range of products through short distribution channels, from fruit and vegetables to meat and flowers. A large proportion of the raw materials used during the event come from Rouen’s Marché d’Intérêt National (MIN), with a variety of seasonal fruit grown in Normandy on offer for the big breakfast.
