Where are the toilets?
Toilets on the Armada site:
- In front of the sailboat Le Français, near the Pont Guillaume le Conquérant Rive droite entrance;
- In front of the sailboat Ring Andersen, next to hangar 106, near the Pont Guillaume le Conquérant Rive gauche entrance;
- Next to hangar 108 Rive gauche 108 Allée François Mitterrand (Bâtiment de la Métropole);
- At the Musée Maritime et Fluvial, Hangar 13, Rive Droite;
- At Esplanade Saint-Gervais, opposite the sailboat Dar Mlodziezy
Also note that the Armada aid stations are in the same locations.

Access restrictions and safety rules
It is strictly forbidden to enter with:
- Scooters, rollerblades, bicycles with electric motors or without electric motors and all types of individual electric vehicles;
- Pets (except dogs for people with disabilities);
- Any sharp or blunt object;
- Fireworks or firecrackers;
- Any object that could be considered a weapon (a list of the objects concerned will be circulated at the end of May)
Visitors who fail to comply with these instructions will not be allowed to enter the site. As a reminder There will be no concierge service or lockers available to leave prohibited items on site at the entrances.
An innovative gantry system should allow more fluid access to the various Armada entrances. Visitors entering the Armada site undertake to comply with the safety instructions that regulate this event classified as a “Major Event”.
- Comfort and safety
Information and instructions will be communicated by public address system, on site, in the Normandy Region concert area, as well as on screens in the latter area.
Please respect the information or instructions that will be broadcast by all these means of alert and information. Mist-makers, water fountains and toilets (€0.50) are available to the public throughout the site.
- Fireworks
Spectators attending the Région Normandie concerts will be able to see the fireworks on site. For safety reasons, we strongly advise you to stay in the concert area. The fireworks will be very aerial and therefore perfectly visible from this area.
During the fireworks, pedestrian access will be prohibited on the Flaubert Bridge, so no spectators will be allowed to stay on this bridge during this period.
Where to see the fireworks? :
Left bank near the Pont Flaubert (Beginning of the Rollet peninsula – Rouen), from the public concert area.
For your comfort and safety (especially for families with young children) it is strongly advised to avoid the right bank quays downstream from the Pont Flaubert.
- Lost persons and lost children
For lost persons, 2 reception points are identified for this pick-up on the site (left bank and right bank) and indicated on the app, the website and by signs.
For information, it is possible at any time to notify volunteer patrollers in the vicinity, security guards at each entrance, and any other person in the ARMADA organization of a situation of this type to set up a search for lost persons. Wristbands for children, to record the contact details of parents or accompanying adults, will be available at each entrance, to facilitate searches.

Due to the crew parade, which takes place on Wednesday June 14, 2023, parking will be prohibited from 7am to 7pm :
– rue Jeanne-d’Arc, from quai de la bourse to rue Lecanuet,
– rue Jean Lecanuet , from rue Jeanne-d’Arc to place du Général de Gaulle,
– place du Général-de-Gaulle, except for the coach drop-off island which will be reserved for the Baguade coach accompanying the parade,
– rue des Faulx,
– rue Saint-Vivien, between rue des Faulx and place Saint-Vivien.
Be vigilant or your vehicle will be impounded.
