
Joan of Arc Medieval Festival
They take place from May 29 to 31, 2025. These will be 3 days of festivities concocted by Vitrines de Rouen, the city of Rouen and its retail and tourism partners. They offer free access to culture on the theme of the Middle Ages, and total immersion in the folklore of the past.The event is an opportunity to showcase Rouen’s restaurateurs, who will be offering Medieval Menus and showcasing their gastronomic expertise. In fact, they’ll be putting their creativity to good use, while challenging themselves to create a tasty menu… Total immersion! From May 14 to 31, Rouen Tourisme is spoiling you! Enter to win a medieval day out in the heart of the city of a hundred steeples:
- Lunch for two at La Couronne, the oldest inn in France
- Vikings, beers and legends ” guided tour: discover Rouen’s Viking history, followed by a tasting of Norman beers.

Lé Là
Between Réunion Island specialties and Joan of Arc inspirations, fusion cuisine restaurant Lé Là invites you to discover an atypical medieval menu priced at 34€: Starter
- Cold split pea soup with island herbs and fried boucané Refreshed country-style cream, seasoned with brown mint, Creole parsley and combava zest

- Beste de lard grilled with lontan spices, sweet potato confit & livarot spread Old-fashioned pork chop, marinated in sweet spices, served with sweet potatoes, caramelized onions and a touch of Norman cheese with strong accents

Created by Michelin-starred chef Olivier Da Silva, this characterful bistro on Place de la Pucelle offers a menu inspired by medieval dishes for €32: Starters

Dame Cakes
