Our opening times

  • From October to April

Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 6pm (except 10.30am on Tuesdays). Open on Sundays during school holidays (all zones) and bank holidays, 10am to 6pm.

  • From May to September

Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm (except 10.30am on Tuesdays) Sundays and public holidays, 10am to 6pm. Our offices are closed on public holidays: 1 May, 1 and 11 November, 25 December and 1 January.

Practical information

The Tourist Office is on hand to provide practical information on accommodation, restaurants, activities, leisure activities and guided tour programmes. Tourist information points in Jumièges, La Bouille and Elbeuf will welcome you when you visit Normandy. Touch-screen terminals are also available in Elbeuf, Jumièges and Duclair to meet your occasional needs for practical information on visiting Rouen and the surrounding area. You’ll also find all the emergency numbers (Samu, medical emergencies, fire brigade, police, poison control centre), administration and tourist organisations (town halls, general and regional councils, metropolitan area, tourist office, etc.) and the bureau de change.

Bureau de change

A land of tourism, Normandy and its capital Rouen offer a wide range of foreign exchange services. Located at 36, rue du Bac in Rouen, the bureau de change offers buying and selling services for over 45 currencies (euros, dollars, roubles, pounds sterling, yen, francs, pesos…), banknotes and coins, gold and silver coins, bullion and currencies no longer in circulation since the introduction of the Euro. Contact the Rouen bureau de change to find out about currency rates and the many other services on offer, such as buying back out-of-date banknotes (except Italian, French and Greek) and American Express Travellers Cheques.
