Coming to Rouen

• Crit’Air sticker

From September 1, 2022, the circulation of the most polluting private and commercial vehicles will be regulated by the introduction of a Low Emission Zone (ZFE). All vehicles in Rouen must carry a Crit’Air sticker.

• Vehicles concerned

All motor vehicles, whether private or commercial, are affected by the introduction of the Crit’Air sticker: cars, light commercial vehicles, motorcycles, scooters, cars without a license, buses and heavy goods vehicles. Within the EPZ, vehicles with a Crit’Air 4, 5 or “unclassified” sticker cannot circulate or park within the perimeter.

• Crit’Air 4, 5 or “unclassified” vehicles

If you own a Crit’Air 4, 5 or “unclassified” vehicle, you are not allowed to drive or park in the EPZ. It is then possible to use the park-and-ride facilities at the entrances to the city and then take public transport. (More information on park-and-ride facilities).
