The Chefs
Camille Hervé (France): Trained at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, Camille gained experience in several fine-dining restaurants before becoming head chef at the Radisson Blu, following four years at the Hôtel de Bourgtheroulde. Deeply attached to Normandy, her cooking blends tradition and modernity through “simple yet flavorful cuisine,” constantly reinvented with seasonal produce. Her culinary philosophy highlights local farmers and seasonal products, with subtle Asian and Italian influences drawn from her international experiences in Australia.
Ken Watanabe (Japan): A graduate of the Hattori Culinary School in Tokyo, Chef Watanabe worked in traditional Japanese restaurants in Tokyo before opening his own restaurant in Tsuruoka. His cuisine focuses on traditional Japanese dishes, reinventing classics with creativity while using local ingredients.

The Gourmet Dinner
A fusion between Normandy and Northern Japan, crafted by two chefs in dialogue.
5-course menu: Amuse-bouche, Starter, Main, Dessert, and assorted sweet delicacies (drinks not included).

The Stay
