Yiannis Seperas (Greece) : With experience in restaurants across Greece, Yiannis discovered his passion during an internship in Thessaloniki under the guidance of a great mentor. His cuisine reflects his love for flavors, colors, and textures, inspired by childhood memories, art, and music.
