Ma Boulangerie
Through a careful selection of raw ingredients, including organic flours, grand cru chocolates, and free-range eggs, Christophe Cressent has been honoured with the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France2 and invites you to discover his products, which perfectly blend tradition and innovation. His natural sourdough is refreshed daily with expert precision; from a starter he began many years ago and has shared around the world through numerous training sessions. During the Grand Breakfast, savour his authentic, sophisticated sourdough breads and his crisp, airy pastries

Brûlerie Caron
Anne Caron, Meilleure Ouvrière de France2 coffee roaster in 2023 and the first woman to win the title of Best Coffee Roaster in France in 2017, elevates the art of specialty coffee. Enriched by her many travels to Ethiopia, Brazil, and Guatemala, she shares through her specialty coffee blends all the landscapes and faces that shaped them during her journeys. Each bean is carefully selected and roasted to offer unique and ethical aromas.

La Galette du Val de Seine
Established in the heart of Rouen’s wholesale market (MIN) since 2022, it embodies authentic Breton expertise, based on a passion for quality, absolute freshness, and excellent ingredients.For the Grand Breakfast at Rouen à Table !, they will offer a delicious interlude with their freshly made crêpes, prepared using high-quality local ingredients.

Les Confiseurs
Guardian of an exceptional culinary heritage, this is the only artisanal confectionery producing apple sugar candy, carefully preserving this tradition in a historic workshop nestled in an old factory. A team of around twenty passionate artisans with disabilities craft this emblematic sweet, renowned for its quality and authenticity, a reputation confirmed by their award in the “Heritage Promotion” category at the Tourism Attractiveness Trophies. Les Confiseurs also work with cocoa, so during the Grand Breakfast, you won’t want to miss their indulgent chocolate spread!

Maison Le Meur
Nicolas Le Meur has been perfecting his artisanal jam recipes in Mesnil-sous-Jumièges since 1989. A true enthusiast, he prepares countless jams in harmony with the seasons, sourcing his ingredients from orchards along the Route des Fruits, which winds its way through the Boucles de la Seine. A regional reference, he is equally skilled in making fruit coulis, compotes, and fruit jellies.

Clos des Citots
Martine and Gérard, established cider orchardists since 1992, organically cultivate around fifteen varieties of cider apples and pears on more than 20 hectares along the banks of the Seine. In a fully artisanal and 100% local process, the apples and pears are transformed on site into a variety of juices, some of which have received awards. The Grand Breakfast is the perfect opportunity to taste them!
