On Friday 10 and Saturday 11 October, the city’s most prestigious hotels and their resident chefs will be opening their kitchens to international chefs for four-handed dinners where creativity will know no bounds. Mexico, Japan, Benin, Greece, Spain and Switzerland will be represented. These destinations around the world are renowned for the excellence and diversity of their culinary traditions.
