NormandieBulle Festival

In 2025, Normandie Bulle is delighted to welcome François Boucq, a true monument of contemporary comics. A multi-faceted artist, he has collaborated with legendary scriptwriters such asAlejandro Jodorowsky(Face de Lune, Bouncer…) and Jérôme Charyn(La femme du Magicien, Bouche du Diable, Little Tulip…). But François Boucq also shines as a solo artist, penning his own wildly original stories, including La pédagogie du trottoir, Le Petit Pape Pie 3.14 and Les aventures de Jérôme Moucherot. Born in Lille in 1955, François Boucq is a prolific creator, equally at home with offbeathumour, thrillers, fantasy and westerns. Winner of numerous awards, including the prestigious Grand Prix de la Ville d’Angoulême in 1998, he excels in a variety of styles(press cartoons, audience sketches, comic strips, etc.). All in all, an exceptional guest that Normandie Bulle is proud to honour this year with meetings, signing sessions, exhibitions and much more.

Meet your favourite authors and discover illustrators, scriptwriters and colourists from all horizons, whether they excel in comics, comic strips or Manga. The festival also aims to help you discover the young artists of tomorrow, and invites you to come and meet them. The programme includes exhibitions, shows, signings, round tables, prize-giving ceremonies and entertainment!
