Sweet & Savoury Cooking Class x Fauchon
A One-of-a-Kind ExperienceIn the heart of the Halle aux Toiles, beneath the impressive arched ceiling, chefs and apprentices of the prestigious Fauchon school are inviting you to take your place behind the stove and participate in two giant cooking classes!
Over this festive weekend, Fauchon school share its expertise with passionate food lovers and discerning gourmets. Participants will have the unique opportunity to learn chefs’ techniques and secrets, while discovering recipes inspired by cult scenes from cinema, the theme of this second edition of Rouen à Table !
Are you more of a savoury or sweet person?
You can choose between two workshops, both followed by a friendly tasting:
- A pastry class inspired by the film Chocolate directed by Lasse Hallström
- A cooking class inspired by the film The Cabbage Soup directed by Jean Girault
