At the foot of Rouen’sbreathtaking Notre-Dame cathedral, in a crystal tent, chefs and apprentices from the prestigious École Fauchon invite you to take your place behind the stove for a giant cooking class! During this festive weekend, the École Fauchon will share its unrivalled expertise with gastronomy enthusiasts and enlightened amateurs. Participants will have the unique opportunity to learn the techniques and secrets of chefs, while discovering emblematic recipes of French cuisine. Based on the theme of aperitifs and the autumn season’s star products, participants will cook :

Scallops from the Normandy coast and mushrooms from the Seine valley in tartare, enhanced by a hay jelly, pomegranate and rosebud vinaigrette.

Participants will have the opportunity not only to cook the dish to perfection, but also to taste it while enjoying local drinks as an aperitif as the sun sets. Beneath the imposing towers of Rouen Cathedral, this cooking class will give you an immersive experience, combining tradition and innovation.
